About
Supporting Families and Educators Worldwide in Early Learning

Dr. Karen Page is an expat parent and international educator whose family life reads like a map with too many pins. Born in South Africa, she has since called Kazakhstan, Romania, the UAE, Thailand, India, Jordan, and China home. She raised her daughter across continents and classrooms, navigating the school run in eight countries (occasionally in the wrong shoes) and has taught and supported Third Culture Kids throughout these moves.
An early childhood specialist, Dr. Page provides culturally sensitive guidance on developmental milestones from birth to age six. As an experienced early years coach and leader, she mentors teams, designs practical professional learning, and strengthens reflective, inquiry-driven practice in diverse school communities. Across eight countries, she has helped schools authentically adapt Reggio-inspired approaches to local cultures and languages.
Dr. Page holds double certification from the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre (Reggio Emilia, Italy) and has led early years programs aligned with EYFS, IB PYP, Common Core, DC Early Learning Standards, and the Creative Curriculum. Drawing on decades of global experience as both a parent and educator, she equips families and teachers to help Third Culture Kids grow roots and wings.
